Whose Ball is It? Profit Management with MAS

Baseball fans will know that there are many life lessons to learn from watching the game. One of my favorite lessons is project management. When the ball flies up in the air, the players know their range and how far they are playing. If they come close to another player they call for the ball and back the other person off. It’s like poetry in motion when done right.

Everyone knows what their role is and what’s expected. Good project management involves clarity on the strengths of each team member and what their responsibilities are.  So when MAS works with its clients everyone is clear on what their area of expertise is and who’ll “get the ball”. Working with MAS is good “profit management.”
